Training

People Systems is an approach to understanding and enhancing human development which I have used in my work as a child and family therapist, but as I have written elsewhere in this website I initially conceptualized the People Systems framework in 1996 as a way to guide my own personal growth, and later on in 2002 I added my new understanding of relationships to this framework.

Since my intention is to spread the People Systems Approach to as many people as possible in order to provide an early proactive approach to emotional development, I have developed training experiences for individual mental health providers, parents and teachers. In addition, I have developed experiential training programs for organizations which focus on introducing awareness of the effect of the latest research findings in neuroscience on current professional interactions with peers and subordinates which at times can get in the way of professional performance resulting in increased stress and lower output.
